Your MVP in two weeks. Fixed price. Deployed.
For founders and business units who have been pushing a product idea ahead of them for months — because agencies are too expensive, developers are unavailable and no-code kits are too narrow.
First call is 30 minutes. If the idea does not fit a sprint, we say so there.
Who this is built for.
A fit if …
- you have a concrete idea and finally want to see whether it holds
- you need a real, usable product — for first customers, pilot users or investors
- you want one counterpart rather than a project team with overhead
- you intend to keep building afterwards, with us or without us
Not a fit if …
- you need "all of it at once" — a sprint delivers one core workflow that works
- your product falls into heavily regulated territory (medical devices, payments)
- the idea is still too vague to scope — we settle that on the call beforehand
- you are looking for an agency with on-call duty and an SLA
Three steps to a running product.
-
Discovery call
You describe what you want to build. We say honestly whether it fits a sprint — or what would make more sense instead. If it does not fit, it cost you half an hour.
-
Scoping workshop
Together we fix the one core workflow that makes your product — and just as importantly, the list of what is out of scope. Both in writing. That is why the fixed price works.
-
The sprint
We build. On day seven you see the state in a review and can adjust anything that sits inside the scope. On day ten the product is deployed and reachable.
What you hold at the end.
A deployed product
Usable on your domain. Not a prototype video, not a click dummy, not a presentation about something that does not exist yet.
The full source code
In your repository, handed over. You can take it to any other developer — by design, not as a concession.
Documentation and a demo
Short documentation explaining how the system is built, plus a three-minute video showing the product. Both written for people who were not there.
An honest recommendation
What to do next — including when the answer is: put users in front of it and build nothing else for now.
The sprint is our own proof.
Two weeks to a deployed product would have been dishonest three years ago. It is feasible now because we work agentically ourselves: scaffolding, tests, migrations and routine refactors are done by supervised agents, while we stay responsible for design, architecture and quality.
That makes the MVP sprint a straightforward way into the way of working we describe on the AI pipeline page — on your own project instead of a case study.
- A proven, boring web stack any developer after us can read
- Agents for routine, humans for design and responsibility
- Tests and deployment are part of the scope, not of the follow-up
- No dependency on tools that will not exist in two years
A price fixed before we start. No asterisks.
We name the concrete price after the discovery call; it is fixed in the scoping workshop. After that it does not move.
Change requests during the sprint go on a list and are reviewed together at the end. Whatever improves the core workflow and fits the scope goes in; everything else becomes material for a follow-up sprint. That is how the price stays a price and the date stays a date.
The scoping workshop is included in the sprint.
What took a team of five two years ago, I now build alone with AI agents, in a fraction of the time. Companies that ignore that end up paying for their competitors.
Frequently asked
I think of something else mid-sprint — what then?
It goes on the list. On day seven and at the end we look at it together: whatever improves the core workflow and fits the scope goes in. Everything else is material for a follow-up sprint. That protects your date and your budget.
Who owns the code?
You do. In full, handed over into your repository. You can take it to any other developer.
What technologies do you build with?
A proven, boring web stack that any developer after us can read. AI tooling makes us fast — architecture and quality are our responsibility, not the model’s.
What if my idea does not fit into two weeks?
Then we say so on the discovery call, before any money moves. Sometimes the answer is a different cut, sometimes two sprints, sometimes: not at all.
And after the sprint — maintenance, operations, further work?
Optional, as a monthly arrangement or as further sprints. Not obligatory: the product runs without us, and the code sits with you.
Does your idea fit into a sprint?
Thirty minutes, straight with the person who writes the code. You get an honest read — including when it is "no".
Or by email. Usually answered the same working day.
